TSTP provides public and private programs, year-round, for all levels and ages. Becoming a member of TSTP allows skaters to participate is certain programming, register for contract ice, and participate in club performances.

Contract Ice
REGISTRATION PORTAL FOR CONTRACT ICE
Members can register for contract ice through the Parent Portal. All current members have an existing account and can log in with their primary email address on file. For questions on accessing your account, please email info@thetoepicks.org.
Contract ice is scheduled in one or two month blocks. Anticipated Blocks each season are: July, August, September/October, November/December, January/February, March/April, May/June. These are subject to change based on ice availability and scheduling.

Contract ice policies reflect the current circumstances that affect our club and the Onalaska Omni Center. The policy document is subject to changes, but club members will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.

TRI-STATE TOE PICKS CLUB HANDBOOK
All new and returning members must review the Tri-State Toe Picks Handbook and acknowledge that violations of any of these rules and regulations could mean lead to a suspension of skating privileges. This includes rules and guidelines set forth by US Figure Skating, Learn to Skate USA, and its properly designated agents.
VOLUNTEER HOURS
The club handbook outlines the responsibilities and expectations of members toward the success and growth of the TriState Toe Picks Figure Skating Club. The club is run by volunteers, and it is essential that all home club families contribute time and expertise to the range of service needs and opportunities. Each skating family is responsible for contributing 20 volunteer hours per membership year between July 1 and May 1.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
An annual membership is required to participate in any group class, contract ice, shows and exhibitions, and/or other club activities. An annual membership is valid from July 1 to June 30 of each year. (Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be prorated.
Club Membership can be renewed through the Parent Portal. Select the "Club Membership" tab in Class Registration.
